Return Policy

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Not installed on your vehicle

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been installed or show signs of use
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will confirm your return request and provide drop-off or pick-up instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please provide your account details when initiating the return.

Delivery Fees

Original delivery fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free Lagos delivery, no deduction applies.
