1. Overview

By placing an order on this store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This store is operated by Mohammed Lexus, based at 10 Ogunlana Street, Ikosi Ketu, Lagos, Nigeria.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure product images and descriptions accurately represent the item you will receive. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. Product availability is subject to stock levels at the time of order placement.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay.

4. Payment

We accept payment via card (processed securely by Paystack) and Pay on Delivery (Lagos addresses only). For Pay on Delivery orders, payment is due in full upon receipt of the item.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our control. Free delivery applies to Lagos addresses. A delivery fee applies to all other Nigerian states.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mohammed Lexus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products beyond the purchase price paid. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
